Valetta Sullivan
Krch Realty St. Louis Managing Broker
Valetta grew up in Illinois and has lived in St. Louis since 1995.
Valetta’s priority is to help her agents be successful in their real estate careers by assisting them at every step of the way. She aims to provide outstanding service to her agents through a culture of openness, respect, and communication.
Valetta holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Business Administration, Master of Arts, Electrical Mechanical degree, and a home inspection certification. Before joining Krch Realty, she was a real estate broker at DCK International for 16 years. Valetta also has previous experience as a police officer, general contractor, electrician, and building inspector.

Jerry Langley, President of Affiliate Brands, has an extensive career in real estate. A former Director for the Texas Association of Realtors®, Jerry is recognized for his knowledge, experience and expertise within the industry. He has served among the Sr. Leadership on behalf of the largest residential real estate brands in the nation, as well as expanding the real estate division of a hedge fund, where he was responsible for acquisition assessment, construction, and management of thousands of assets in 42 states. .
Chris Capurro
Broker Operations Manager
Chris Capurro has been an active licensee in Nevada since February 5, 1997. Chris’ working relationships included many home builders whom he assisted with land acquisitions and entitlement that resulted in the construction of more than 1000 homes. A mix of political wherewithal and understanding of zoning ordinances and use allowed Chris steady success throughout the land boom of Southern Nevada. Capurro has owned several brokerages in Nevada and California during his career.
Michael Seriosa
Senior Marketing Specialist
Michael Seriosa assembled his first PC at the age of 16. He started to learn how to code at a young age and was fascinated by sales and business. He took that passion getting into B2B sales for ten years while helping several non-profit organization build their websites and marketing campaign. He got invited to become an apprentice of the 16th employee of Google who started a corporate training business, training CMOs on Google PPC marketing. Michael expanded his experience consulting mid-size companies on their online marketing campaigns for over 12 years. Michael Seriosa wants to be a part of a disruption that Krch Realty will create in the real estate market.
